Start working with them so they can start working with you.
Make a list or spreadsheet of the tasks your child must accomplish before leaving for school and let them check off as they go.
Work together to come up with solutions whether it is one more minute in bed or wearing their favorite pants on alternate days.
Plan ahead, start the night before, layout clothes and pack backpacks.
